Charles R. Ullman

A native of North Carolina, Mr. Ullman concentrates exclusively in family law in the Wake County courts. With a focus on child custody, child support, divorce, alimony, and property distribution, Mr. Ullman’s experience and expertise as a seasoned trial attorney and a trained collaborative law attorney have earned him the trust and respect among his clients and the local legal community.

Teresa Nichole Swanhorst

Ms. Swanhorst was a teacher in the Wake County Public School System before returning to law school and joining Charles R. Ullman as an attorney focusing on family law. Ms. Swanhorst is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association. She is also a volunteer with Project Together, a program to assist victims of domestic violence who are indigent.
